I have a 6'3" waist / 215 lbs / 32" and an athletic build. LTall usually fits me best, but I haven't found this size on cheap training shirts. I like the slim fit of the L, but sometimes they're too short. I was wondering if I should get them in L or XL. I chose L. The quality seems pretty good, especially the al 5 for less than $40. The fit is snug but not tight. 3 out of 5 seem to have a mini bucket front and back which really makes the length near perfect and if all 5 fit like that it would be 5 stars. But the other two appear to be cut straight or just shorter. Not terrible but not as good as the longer 3. So 4 stars. I look forward to using them at the gym. If you're looking for a slim fit and have an athletic build, go with your normal size. If you prefer to work out something loose, consider a rating.
