Does not work with non-computer HDMI inputs

The manual says that when connected to the P2721Q you will ALSO need USB uplink if the input source is HDMI. Connecting a computer might be possible, but we wanted to use this speaker with a P2721Q monitor with a Nintendo Switch and the speaker doesn't use the audio that comes over the HDMI cable, only USB. So it might be good for a computer, but not for a gaming device. We bought the P2721Q primarily for computer use and wanted to improve the sound but that didn't work with the switch either so we sent it back.
