I bought this to fit 4 hard drives and to back up all my important data. Luckily I've only copied so far, I haven't got rid of any of the originals. The RAID setup was an issue, Windows really doesn't handle it very well. After setting it up in RAID 0, twice 2 x 8TB to fill all 4 bays, I attempted to transfer the data. The device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during the transfer, which leads to errors. Now a drive set gives me a "does not exist" error when I try to view it in Windows. I will be returning this device and avoiding anything made by this company. Their standard overpriced Chinese tech that doesn't work as advertised. Go on.
