So far everything works exactly as it should. I love it! All I wanted was something that would make my lights blink. It does. I bought this because I didn't want to bother with finding and changing the end indicator on each light string to make each string blink (which never worked properly or for very long). It has a dial that lets you set it from slow blinking to fast blinking, or even has a constant (no blinking) mode if you prefer. This also works great when connected to my Alexa Smart Switch. She turns it on and off for me. There is nothing more convenient than that! TO UPDATE. We used this on our tree all season long. It worked perfectly. I don't understand why the scope shows such an ugly picture. It is green. The same green color as fairy lights.
