I bought this because I broke some glass coffee makers. I've had this for a few months and use it once maybe twice a day. The screen is easy to clean and the finish looks just like I got it the first time. For the price, this is a great deal. TO UPDATE. I bought it in early 2017. Used 2-3 times a day. On 12/06/17 the connection between the shaft and the filter failed. Usually they fail because the stem unscrews from the stem unit - this was not the case. The entire filter assembly fell off the rod and rod assembly. Must re-weld. Bought a second one.
