
Perfect addition to home gym during Covid. So I might not have figured out the way to use it correctly due to lack of instruction. But I get a lot more upper arm workout than my core with this device. Basically you hold yourself up via the handles and you supposed to bring your knees up - and the only way I can do it is if I use my arm to hold myself up. My arms get tired much faster than anything else. I do get a workout feel and my abs are definitely working - but arms are working 10 times harder. I like the console that keeps the counts of my reps.Also, I find the handle hard positioned uncomfortable I wish there was a way to adjust the angle and height. Not a bad device but could use some improvements.
