Fits securely around my eBike top and down tube (very thick down tube) and stem tube and holds quite a bit of stuff. This bag has everything I need for trips around the area including bike and tire repair kits, wallet and keys. I have a seat post and can't use my seat bag anymore and this little gem solves the problem of where to store things. The only thing I can't put in is a giant inner tube for my tires. Oh yeah, the rubber phone holder on top really works. I have kept my iPhone XR safe during a 5 day 170 mile tour without ever threatening to lose the phone. Also, you don't have to worry about your phone having a plastic cover that can cause it to overheat, collect moisture, or get caught between your finger and the screen since this thing doesn't try to cover your phone. My knees were banging against the bag, but it was even tight on my frame - there could be 12 inches of free space between the end of the bag and my knees as I pedaled. This (not so) small handbag is a real winner.
