After lots of comparison and research, I was hesitant to buy this because of the good reviews. We have no regrets, it makes RESTAURANT QUALITY COFFEE! Chulux beats the previous $100 kitchen on taste. The large spout sprays not only water droplets but also steam, which I think is the secret of the taste. The temperature of the coffee is hot enough for us and stays hot for 2 hours. If I had to find one thing that I would like to improve, it would be to increase the heating from 2 hours to 4 hours. Overall very happy with this purchase.
