If you're between sizes (or if you're not), go down a size. I got the medium one first and had to go back for the small one. Even with a little, it's a bit loose. I'm 5'5" tall, 34" tall, 30" waist, long torso. Usually a size 6 or small to medium depending on the brand. I love that they are skinny, perfect for summer runs in Southern California at 110 degrees. They move well with your movements. The mesh on the shoulders is nice. It's soft enough not to rub (and I tend to rub under my armpits). I don't know if that's the reason "It's a bit too big for me, or is it a product design, but my sports bra sees through the net. If you care about these things, just know. I'm very humble when it comes to exercising , so it came naturally to me.but probably just need to get over it.I recommend.
