Super for self-made aquarium covers. Will never crush, bend or lose airflow. I had two airlines so I decided to give it a try. Glad you did! Bought 2 more packs of 5 to change all the airlines in my tanks. It couldn't be easier. Cut the airline where you want, make a bend and plug and play! So far the first batch I bought in mid-September has worked well. Definitely a 5 star product if you're willing to shell out $3 each. Edit: 11/26/2018 I should also add that they fit very nicely on my rimmed Aqueon tanks that I bought from Petco for $1 each. Selling gallons. They require some effort to get in, but they still work well.
