I liked the product but it only held one charge. If it then needed to be recharged, it wouldn't. When it's connected I can see it's connected because there's a faint light. But even after several attempts, it will not charge. I want a refund or replacement. Does anyone know how to do that? UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered to replace it with a new one. It arrived quickly and seems to be working well so far. If it doesn't work again after the first time, you need to charge it, I will update again.
