I like how easy it is for customers who have complaints against companies or products to post reviews of those services/products without having to worry about whether they're accurate (i've never had one that wasn't). The reports also help tremendously with managing our client base's issues so we can focus more time in other areas! Nothing really as far back end goes but there may be some things which could require additional training if not already available via webinars from siteJabbers team. It took me just minutes using this software once i'd got used to navigating its features before realising exactly what benefits were possible by utilisation. My clients' satisfaction rates go up significantly every week because people see positive feedbacks posted within days. A significant number now trust my recommendations enough to give us repeat custom when booking holidays directly rather than going elsewhere first - no longer do many think twice.
