I needed a flash drive as a camera to backup jpeg/video to my "internal" mobile phone and SD card. My LG Stylo 4 supports OTG so the flash drive worked without changing phone settings. Great customer service, sent 3 emails and lightning fast helpful replies. I returned MEEM, which costs almost $100, does automatic backups, but unlike this flash drive, cannot be viewed on a PC. Although this flash drive doesn't work automatically, I just checked the folders/files I wanted to copy and voila, everything was done pretty quickly. In total I copied about 30 GB from a mobile phone to a USB stick. Problem: I copied over 1000 photos to the DCIM/Camera folder. If I use the USB stick after a few months, these photos can be mixed with new photos. The flash drive copied 1000 old photos plus new photos. My "fix" was to put 1000 copied photos in a new folder. Now DCIIM/Camera only shows new photos that I can mark for the stick. I also moved all internal photos/videos to my SD card to free up internal storage space. Working with the stick was a great incentive to do some chores, update folders, merge photos/videos and find some of them in various internal folders that I never opened! Great product at a super low price compared to the competition.
