This shower head was recommended by a friend who is familiar with plumbing products. What caught my attention was his comment that variable flow spray heads were disappointing. I agreed and decided to order this product. When I received the device I couldn't find the instructions and was concerned about the lack of a seal. Moen Support assured me there was a seal. After installing it, I found that the seal works fine. The up and down adjustment range is a bit limited, but that's not a problem for me. For the price I was expecting more metal and less plastic. Considering the water pressure in my house is medium to low, I was surprised by the strong flow this shower head created. Luckily my shower faucet can regulate the flow. If you are fed up with weak showerheads, then this product is for you.
