I like that they are always looking out for my best interest. They make sure everyone is kept safe at all times. If you have any questions or concerns about your insurance coverage, their customer service team will be there to help you every step of the way. The only thing i dislike about them is how expensive the premiums can get sometimes. There may also be some delays in getting claims paid if its an accident with another car/truck etc. Make sure to talk to them before signing up so you know everything going into the process. We use miles primarily as our personal auto policy. It has been very beneficial because it gives us peace of mind knowing that someone else is paying the bills should anything happen while riding along with me.
