Very Useful: Cookware Accessory
I saw Sarah Moulton using a similar tool and decided to look it up. On a later show, she said she used a cake server, but it really does the trick. I use it for diced and sliced fruits and veggies and it eliminates all those claws, scrapers, knife bites and trying to put them in the pan before they fall off. The small hole on the back doesn't bother me, but I don't use it for dough or finely chopped foods like nuts. It is very easy to clean and stays on the cutting board all the time.
