Perfect fit on the back of each headrest. Our kids can see their shows on long trips and it's worth it. It's just a giant piece of Velcro, so it's very tight around the headrest, but obviously it's not the Velcro that the tablet actually sits on. The iPad fits perfectly in the holder without fear of it falling out. Children don't complain about glare or anything like that. It's at their heads. You just have to look up, maybe an inch or two. If you sit in the front, you don't feel them at all on the headrest. Ultra thin where it needs to be and super strong where it needs to be. We bought one a few years ago and now that we needed a second one we searched for that particular brand and bought a second one from the same brand as we are very happy with the first one.
