I think that's normal for so much money. The plastic cover doesn't fit over the rubber backing, only over it, so installation is a bit fiddly. The plate fits perfectly with the rubber backing, no problem with that. It comes with black plugs so it looks really nice when they fit in there. I'm a strong, capable guy. I was struggling to fit these plugs, they just wouldn't go quite as far as they would come off halfway or at all very easily so didn't bother much, still looks good and does the job. All in all I say go for it, you might run into these few issues that are by no means a deal breaker.
