I have had chronic knee pain for several years. I like to wear shorts and my knees are always open, both in the heat and in the cold. My main problem is that my knees get cold under the air conditioner at night. If I tuck myself in, I get hot. I could see a difference within 15 minutes of wearing it. I was originally only going to wear them at night but left them on all day and my knees feel great. They work so well for me that it looks like they're being treated with painkillers, when they're not. I have 3xl because I'm a tall person. They're a little on the big side, but they don't roll in the top or bottom lane at all. I highly recommend them. I plan on getting a second pair as a backup. I don't know if I'll ever be without her. Good product.
