Shit! I have fairly healthy hair, but it tends to get a bit dry in winter due to the drop in humidity indoors. I saw this as a lightning deal and decided to give it a try. Again, holy shit! It wasn't easy, at least for me. Partly because I'm clumsy, partly because I have too much hair and partly because of the hat's design. Basically you wash your hair with the shampoo of your choice, towel dry your hair and place it in a cap for 10-15 minutes. then rinse. After that I told all my friends to touch my hair. It was wonderful. So soft, so beautiful! Very healthy. Lasted about 3 weeks and washed several times. Got lots for Christmas and will continue to use to give my hair an extra boost when drying.
