After reading some negative reviews I didn't want to buy this bag. Given the low price, I thought it might be poorly made. But since it was so cheap, I took a chance. I don't know how others broke theirs but I used them every day during my 2 week vacation. I loaded it with everything I needed for the tour. It was a bit difficult at times with all my stuff: makeup, extra phone chargers, phone, small umbrella, cardigan, wallet, sunglasses, sunscreen, and shopping along the way. The bag fits perfectly, there are several pockets inside. I added some small pockets to keep organized as it is wide at the bottom and the pockets made it easier to store all the little things and easier to find them. The straps are still intact, they are clean, they look good and last longer than I thought. Very happy with it. I tore open a small inside pocket but I believe it was a sharp nail file.
