Not worth the money, I will not advise this product.

If it were not for the weak point in the fasteners, which other people regularly mention, everything would be fine, there are no complaints at all and the thing is useful in the household (especially when small children crawl everywhere at home so that the floors / carpets are treated with hot steam). Surfaces clean well, but this is the first product from Black & Decker that let down the build quality.

Pros

Powerful device, easy to operate, save cleaning time. Cleans tiles and laminates perfectly, easy to use.

Cons

Very quickly, the fastening of the movable lower part and the base of the mop began to break - there are two plastic ears that fix the entire load on themselves and the plastic simply bursts. First, the mop stopped turning off in the vert. position, now it has completely broken off and you will have to somehow try to fix it yourself. After the repair, it lasted another year and completely broke - very badly.
