Review on Casablanca 59350 Isotope Ceiling Control by Rebecca Johnson

I have had 2 problems with this fan in just over 4 months of owning it. First, the wall controller is very unpredictable and quite often loses contact with the fan. Second, the inner wire is loose and makes an annoying, loud rattle when the fan is running. Customer service is harsh and rude and will not vouch for their products. They spend more time proving their point than actually helping you. So my warning, this is a terrible company and a terrible product. I urge you not to purchase any Hunter or Casablanca products.
