Great customer service

I had this pump for a little over 2 years when I broke the nozzle that attaches the hose to the pump. I looked everywhere but couldn't find the right size anywhere. I reached out to Kedsum and they initially offered to send me a new nozzle from China and I was happy with that. The next day they let me know they were just going to send me a new pump?! Amazing customer service! I was willing to wait for the 50¢ nozzle, but really appreciate getting a new pump!
