The shoes are of very good quality except for the rubber spikes. The spikes are screwed in but 3 were lost on first use. It's good that 5 extra spikes were included, but that may not be enough. I had to re-tighten each spike after first use and then again the next morning. I'll see how the second mission goes. If more spikes fall out, I will send the item back. Please mail more spikes!
