Good - well assembled, nicely packaged, easy to follow instructions. The reason I wouldn't recommend buying it is a $20 Lowes Harbor Breeze fan replacement that was rated at 1250 CFM (cubic feet per minute). On my enclosed porch I have (3) $20 Lowes fans 9 feet apart in the center. I replaced a medium sized Honeywell fan rated at over 5000 CFM. So I reasoned that the airflow would be noticeably greater. My wife was concerned that this would all blow around on the porch as the air movement (CFM) is mathematically 4 times the number of fans present. She didn't need to worry. Virtually no difference in airflow. At first I thought it was the low fan speed. This is not the case, repeatedly pressing the fan speed knob showed it was running at maximum speed. Whenever I read a bad review, I wonder what qualifications the person has to give a bad review. Mine is a professional electrical engineer, a licensed electrical contractor. I and/or my team have installed hundreds of ceiling fans. Again, it looks well built, but the airflow seems to be way above what the manufacturer claims.
