It's amazing how quickly wires can be connected instead of using old wire connectors that need to be twisted tightly for a good connection. Ideal for converting from fluorescent to LED (remove ballast and reconnect each wire). The only downside is the quality control; found a few connectors that don't have metal clips in the connector.
