Love it. I work at an animal shelter and I juggle all the time, carry a lot of items (safety gear, horn, walkie-talkie, poo bags, etc.) and women's work pants just don't have enough pockets. Saw this and ordered immediately and am so glad I did. You can put so much in it and so far it's really been very durable. The only design change I would make is adding a snap button on the largest pocket that allows you to separate the bag so it doesn't open as wide and sits a little on the hips instead of dangling. wide open.
