I like to save money, pollute less and drink more water. Haven't had to reload our 4.5 gallon jug yet. It fits right on top, with a lid on it. Pulling out the hose without removing the top is problematic, but it doesn't matter. It's not as loud as I thought after reading the reviews of some of them, it makes noise but the noise stops immediately when the off button is pressed, as does water so it doesn't overflow or drip. It doesn't have much information which is annoying, I would have liked more information such as cleaning, precautions, guarantees etc. Only a small paper with simple instructions is included, but not the end of the world and easy to assemble. Overall I love it, I tell everyone about getting one of these. And not expensive or big like a bubbler (which is what I was looking for) so I was glad to find it.
