I liked that they were very flexible with us when it came time to implement our new system in order to meet all of their needs during this process and after implementation was complete we continued working together through other projects throughout my tenure at The Bank.

Nothing specific comes to mind but everything about them seemed great! They have been extremely responsive even beyond what one would expect from such size/complexity organization. We had quite some challenges along way, which required close collaboration between teams within ITSC (including myself) & external partners, however overall experience has been good so far - no complaints here :).
