First of all I would recommend this pan. can be donated with food. You can see the water balloons I made when I first tried this pan in the photo that accompanies this review. , difficult to deal with. More specifically, the handles are practically useless because when you lift the pan by them, the center sags. This can be very difficult, especially if you're wearing oven mitts. Instead of transporting them like you would carry a traditional metal pan, it's best to use something like a cookie sheet or jam pan to support them when moving them from their place, which is right for you - that's the perforation on the Bottom. While they're perfect for adding a nice crispy crust to bread/rolls, they won't hold quick loaves or cakes unless you want to level each mold individually. For those of you who enjoy baking in countertop ovens, you should probably check the dimensions before hitting the 'Buy' button on this form. I was a bit surprised that this pan didn't fit my rather large fryer/toaster combo, but I don't really care because I find that bread always comes out best in my full-sized oven. However, if you have a smaller oven or prefer to use one, you are more than welcome. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this pan/baking pan to some bakers based on what you think of its strengths and limitations. Make eight sandwich-sized buns or delicious mini bread buds for bakers to have lots of creative fun with.
