Well made but repackaged. It was folded into a plastic and fabric tote bag, but as soon as I took it out it was clear it would never go there again. So I would be happy if they would charge me a dollar or two less and have it shipped in a paper bag. Somehow it served to spread the energy across the roof of the flower house's greenhouse to tie it down during a storm. The greenhouse came with D-rings sewn in, but I have found in the past that they cannot withstand high winds. On the other hand, good load securing, built for motorway wind speeds, works very well.
