I'm changing my review. They are too heavy and never stay in. I blew my ear out because despite the double elastics it kept slipping out and it kept stretching, my ear had had enough and was blown out. So now I have an inch on one side and 00 on the other. You tease me for not staying home! The spirals are a joke and always end up hanging out. I've double-sided taped both sides, still not doing anything! They are so heavy their ears stink. I'm now buying another set of end caps which I'm sure won't slip out due to the 4 rubber bands holding them in place! I wouldn't even use them temporarily, they ripped my ear and I didn't stretch them, they're just bad plugs and cones. Way too hard and sucks to stay in, wish I'd never bought them!
