The customer service was great! They were always quick to respond when I had any questions--it is definitely an advantage of working with them versus other companies that are so slow in their response time (and sometimes don't answer at all). Also very clear about what they can/cannot do for you once your account has been created which made it easy as well since we have many different accounts out there now due to previous hiring issues from others who didn’t follow through like this one did!! Would love if everything could be done online but not necessary yet-just trying new things right away makes me appreciate having someone available quickly should something arise during my day or night hours.- Easy access via mobile app also helps immensely by getting information where needed immediately rather than waiting 1 - 2 weeks before receiving info again after calling up each office individually over multiple times requesting The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It's a great platform for managing your recruitment needs. The ability to communicate with multiple clients from one screen is also really helpful. I do not like that we cannot integrate with some of our other systems. We use this to schedule interviews, manage candidates, and run reports. It has helped us keep track of all our candidate information in one place and makes it easier to send out letters and emails to candidates.
