I've only had it a few days and wear it at night to sleep. It has helped, my index finger has gotten worse and the pain in my hand has been almost unbearable for a few days. It helped relieve the pain, stiffness and flexing of my finger. I type all day at work, which has been hard lately. The rail helped my trigger finger a lot, you can feel the difference as soon as you put it on. In the future I will have surgery, but so far it is helping me. I also started using hemp cream on my hands. The tire is easy to use and comfortable. Due to the nature of the material it is made of and wear and tear on the velcro it will not last long. But I say this is a study and I will buy the same product when the time comes.
