I'm retired and I'm running out of memory, so I need help with repetitive Photoshop commands. This device is the most important purchase I've ever made for photographers (including cameras). I've only used Photoshop presets so far, but the time they've saved me is incredible. I can't remember all the keyboard shortcuts, but I have the ability to view all of my presets and actions in the tour window at any time. It increased my efficiency exponentially and inspired me to try new and more complex things in Photoshop. It was also 100% trouble free. I wish the HUD was invisible by default, but that's the only (very small) issue I have with this amazing device.
