If more people in the world knew about this, the rest of the deodorant world would dry up and disappear. I first encountered these crystals at Norm Thompson's at least twenty years ago. For a time crystals could not be found anywhere else. To my knowledge, most deodorants work by chemically preventing sweating by adding fragrance to mask the actual smell, which is what they will do. This salt crystal somehow kills the bacteria that cause sweat odor. It doesn't stop you from sweating, it protects you from bad breath. And it works! It absolutely works and a stick lasts forever. I don't mean that literally, of course, but I use one every day. And a stick should last almost two years. As soon as I get out of the shower while my butt is still wet, I just rub the pole around the hole a few times and that's it. I've never had a BO. Sometimes I wonder if I wouldn't have it anyway, but on the very rare occasions I didn't get to apply this stuff, I found myself smelling as bad as any dirty beast. I encourage everyone who has read this far to give it a try. You'd want me in your will if you knew how.
