I'm a tall woman but I took a chance and bought 3 pairs of these (XL) and they fit perfectly - the length is good and they have plenty of room. hip and waist. For me they are not so baggy, but comfortable. As far as pressure goes, they're great. Just like the photos. And they're very funny, although my family thinks I'm beyond weird to wear them. Shame guys. In fact, it's probably a bonus. The fabric is definitely synthetic. It's like carrying a garbage bag and that's the only reason I took a star off my rating. These pants are great for hanging out in, but I definitely don't want to exercise in them. (Now that I think about it, that's a good excuse for not exercising.) So, just look good and don't spoil it with exercise.
