A friend recommended it for menstrual cramps. Worked great for this, as well as neck and back pain from a recent car accident. They were well packed. The stones are heavy, thick and smooth. Can be heated up easily. The stones retain heat for about 3-5 minutes. I put them back in the boiling water to reheat if more is needed. Very easy to use. Stones of different sizes are very useful, the smallest ones fit my shoulders well, and the largest ones perfectly relieve spasms. The mini stones are great as I use them as cold facial massage stones. soothes and detoxifies the skin! I love the practical storage box. Highly recommended.
