Much better than everbuilt!

I got both everbuilt and these puppies and let me tell you these work much much better, at least for my use case, which was a concealed access door/panel in a bathroom remodeling project, I had to use a couple of them tho as the door was heavy.

Magnetic latches may not be as durable as traditional latch designs
