Review My Performance Space - An Amazing Product
I have been using this software for over 8 years. I like the ability to see everything at once, and the reports are very useful. The customer service has been great as well. There isn't much to dislike about it. I wish there were more options available for reports. The reporting could be better. I don't think we realized how many projects, tasks, and subprojects we had until it was too late. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs it. We're solving issues that used to take weeks and months to solve.It's easier to keep track of everything.We've been able to find problems faster than before.
Pros
- It is easy so make sure you know what your looking or else..you won’t feel smart when trying.to get help from support staff! :).The system doesn ‘ t crash often; unlike other softwares where they need upgrades every 2 3 updates.
- You can easily switch between modules without having multiple windows open (if desired) making navigation simple & efficient
