All I need is a headset that works like a headset and lets me hear the world around me. They used to be easy to find. Now it's almost impossible. This headset would be better if the ear cushions weren't downright awful. It has a skin-like ring that creaks every time I move my head. And because it's right next to your ear, it's very loud. There's also no mute button, so I have to turn it off if someone in the house wants to talk to me. Doesn't fit my head either. Unfortunately my old headset died so I'm sticking with this crap until I find a better one. We're not all Twitch streamers. Some of us just need a basic headset to play with in between the busy parts of our lives. I don't need full immersion in game audio. And when I do that, I use my home theater system.
