This is the third headset I have purchased from this brand. (Purchased from Amazon, GameStop, and Walmart.) They never last more than a few weeks. There is ALWAYS NO visible damage to the cable, connector or anything other than the microphone or audio. We treat the product with care, always disconnect it from the mains when not in use and store it in the drawer of the entertainment center. I will not buy this again.

I love this microphone/headset! I've had two previous ones from different brands that didn't last long but this one is great! I'm only giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because unfortunately it doesn't have a mute button and the non-headphone side hurts a little over the ear from time to time. Overall this is still a great headset for the price and I really like it!

The sound quality is good, the mic picks up my voice well, but the headband is cheap and squeezes my head and the ear pads are NOT comfortable. If I wear it for a long time, I get pain in my ear and eventually in my head. I have a small head so I don't know how anyone can comfortably carry this thing. I regret the purchase; I recommend you spend some extra money and get rid of the headache.

when you buy these things its better to be a kid because they are not big enough for an adult and when you turn your head they just fall off. The earphone is so small that it sits very uncomfortable on the ear. I didn't even hear what they sounded like as they fell off my head three times trying to plug them into my PS4 controller. I knew they weren't for me. But if you're one of those people who sit perfectly still all the time, they can work for you.

This was the perfect gift for my siblings who play a lot of PlayStation games online with their friends. During the pandemic, the game allows them to safely communicate with their friends, so I'm all for it. However, listening to conversations is not always what the child wants, so they are ideal. The headset mic wasn't bad, it was just too close to the face even when you adjust it. It works for what it's there for, so that's good. We only want to have two headphones.

I'm reviewing this as an adult gamer so if it's for a kid it might be ok. Pros Sounds good Pretty well done. Doesn't look cheap. Works with PlayStation with no issues. All I need is a headset that works like a headset and lets me hear the world around me. They used to be easy to find. Now it's almost impossible. This headset would be better if the ear cushions weren't downright awful. It has a skin-like ring that creaks every time I move my head. And because it's right next to your ear, it's very loud.
