For a long time I read about all sorts of coolers, the task was to cool the Core i7 9700 (without K). It has 65 watts TDP "according to the passport", but looking ahead I will say that all its 8 full-fledged cores, of course, give out 100 watts under load. So, this cooler withstood a temperature of 95 degrees in a stress test, in which the boxed cooler, which is completely aluminum, immediately went over 100 degrees, and the percentage, respectively, in TermalTrolling. Yes, the revolutions were maximum (2400), but that suits me. Taking into account the cost and dimensions (height), I consider this cooler to be a much more profitable purchase than Noctua, because I'm not going to constantly load this processor, but it holds a short-term load.
