I swear by these diapers! We've tried other well-known brands that cost twice as much, although my little one has always complained about the wet feeling. With happylittlecampers, my little one can sleep through the night without complaining about moisture (super helpful). These diapers can absorb a large amount of liquid. In terms of thickness, these diapers are fairly thin with comfortable edges. We have never had diaper rash with them and we live in a warm climate. They have no scent. As for breakouts - I'm not sure a diaper can withstand a major breakout, but they do the job pretty well. Every few weeks we have a situation where there is a leak. Two areas where design help might be needed are tabs and packaging. They are difficult to open and seem like I could rip them off if I'm not careful.
