I bought a pink one for a three year old. She was good at everything except typing. It's a nice building but it was abandoned in the first week. I have stoneware in every room except the bedrooms which have carpet. The screen was not detached, but light was visible in a corner where the seam was parted. OK! . Anyway, in week 2 the rubber protecting the connector came loose. Ok, she is 3 years old. Then I noticed that the volume down button stopped working, so I could use the screen to control the volume, which she quickly learned to do as well. Then one day it just wouldn't turn on. So Revain's 30-day return period has expired, but the company said I'm guessing 90 days. They sent us a new one on Friday, I received a new one on Tuesday. Quality is important, but it's 3 and cheap. I was more than satisfied with the customer service I received. They were quick and understanding, I had no issues with the seller or Amazon. Oops, that's another story. They emailed me a return invoice and I printed it out. They still tried to charge me $12 for shipping. I told the woman to scan the code that it was paid mail and she argued with me. So I came back 2 hours after I had finished all my other errands and used another worker and had no problems and didn't pay anything for my return. Well worth the money and if you have any problems they are willing to work with you. I was. They offered a refund if I wanted it but my daughter loves this tablet we decided to get a new one.
