Review on 10x18 Acurel Infused Media Pads for Aquariums and Ponds by Casey Stevens

I had a problem with high ammonia levels and after many water and chemical changes it seemed like it almost didn't move. I found these and decided to give it a try. It's been in my filter for 2 weeks now and the ammonia level stays at zero the whole time! Very easy to use - just crop and insert into the filter. Now I use it in both of my aquariums. I will definitely buy it again and use it for a long time. Note: The pack says it won't help with your current ammonia surge, but it will help prevent surges. I found this wrong because within 24-36 hours of putting it in my filter, the ammonia level had dropped from a dangerously high level to zero. Amazing things!
