These are soft cotton, well made pajamas. The first ones I bought were a size large and the size was not right mainly because the white trim on the arms prevents stretch and so the arms were a bit tight. I bought an XL and they are a bit baggy but at least they are not tight in the arms. I do wish the top was a bit longer but I'm tall so for most people it's probably fine. FYI I bought Turquoise and it came looking like the Seaside Blue, I then bought gray for the XL and it looks just like the photo.
