Did exactly what it was supposed to do (bypassing the immobilizer). Needed to install the remote start on my wife's 2009 Honda Accord. One very important thing to know is that you can't just buy and install it. IT WILL NOT WORK! You must invariably program the device, or "FLASH" as it's known in the industry, for your specific vehicle. I was lucky enough to find a local car audio/security/remote start system that flashed it for me for free. Different models of these things meet different needs, so make sure you are well prepared as to which one to buy. Not that it matters to anyone reading this, but the remote start I installed in their car was an Audiovox APS901C. This is a very simple but effective remote start with no fancy frills. But she loves it. And it makes their cold mornings a little more bearable!
