No spine! Not sure! Back "Support " File Folder Consistency. I broke a spoke

False advertising - very weak If I could return it, I would return it. I spent $189 on repairs - that's about triple the cost of the bag. Consistency of file folders behind "support". All I had in there was a 15 inch laptop and work clothes. It was attached to my Topeak rear bike rack and secured with bungee cords. The corner caught the wheel and broke the spoke. I had to walk home on my bike and was late for work. I think I can be grateful that there were no cars when this accident happened.
